I found Alencaster Auto Glass through Yelp... I was on the 50 and a truck switched lanes in front of me a kicked up a rock which chipped my windshield. I've seen ads for Safelight on TV and requested a quote which was way, way more than I was expecting. So I then got on Yelp to do a search and came across Alencaster Auto  Glass. I was happy since they were local to me in Elk Grove. I message them for a quote on a Monday 12/28 with a photo of the chip, they responded within mins. I ended up making an appointment to get my windshield repaired on Thursday 12/31. I when to their location and Steven took a look at the chip and explained the repair process and asked if I wanted to proceed. I agreed to the repair and the cost that they quoted. It took about 20-30 mins to complete. I was amazed that the chip pretty much disappeared. Steven is very meticulous about his work, he did not want me to leave until HE was satisfied with his work. He cleaned everything up. He made sure I was happy with the work before completing everything. For any future auto glass work I may need, or for family and friends that need auto glass work as well, Alencaster will be our choice hands down.

 am so thankful for the service that was provided though Alencaster Auto Glass.  I stumbled upon them in Yelp, asked for a quote and got a quote immediately and was offered an appointment right away. My appointment was made and kept in my window of time.  They even sent me a text when they were on their way!  My windshield was replaced in 50 minutes!

I would highly recommend them if you need a new windshield!

Used this company for the first time in July 2019 and was happy with the results.   Replaced a front windshield on a Honda Civic at the time. He showed up on time and was great. The windshield is still doing well.

Fast forward to March 2020. Replacing another front windshield due to these rocks on california roads!!!!  This time a Honda Accord. Got a quote. Got a response the same day. He came out the next day in the time frame given and was awesome!!!  

Pricing was good and decent. Cheaper than other places when I was shopping around. He remembered us and thanked us for using them again.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
